Each session will include training in the Core Business Development and in Sales/Marketing, Leadership/Management, Finances/Accounting. Individuals topics included during the first year will include Accounting 101, Understanding Business Types, Leadership vs. Management, How the Brain Makes Decisions, Unique Selling Propositions, Social Networking, Effective Hiring & Employee Accountability and many other topics.

Can The Business EDGE help me apply all the things I will be learning?

You will hear the topics during the meeting, you will have an opportunity to work with the material (worksheets, as applicable) and time to work on application at the end of each session. In addition, you will receive a summary of each session and a check list of action items for you to work on during the coming month. And finally, during Group Discussions and Lunch meetings with your peers you will have the chance to discuss ideas for best practices to implement for you.
